As you can see, in this screenshot, there are two different announcement channels. One for OOC news updates, and one for IC ones.

This man here Bush Kelly, who's not in our discord, not in our faction, and doesn't have our roles got access to this information here provided to him from an agent he had inside of our discord. As a subsequent result, this is metagame. In addition, the one who gave him the message in question confessed his Sanzensekai character died a long time ago, and so as a result, apparently, a dead man gave an OOC faction announcement to him.

This here is the Ravenholm discord, where Bush Kelly is attempting to recruit Ravenholm and mass recruit them into a faction that isn't his as a sidenote in order to bolster his numbers before a war. While I cannot give evidence of this, a member of the Ravenholm confessed that because another gmod server was down, they had been paid tangible and physical currency to join this server as a form of "contract" to bolster Ravenholm minge numbers. Regardless, they are attempting to evidently powergame by gaining a citizen subfaction that has no reason to participate in the conflict in the first place, but also to get them whitelisted into a completely unrelated faction. If that isn't powergame and metagame, I don't know what is. Baldrick the staff confessed that he would not allow this, but that is what Batman intending.

Regardless on the matter of currency, this is still incredibly troubling.

Evidence of Metagrudge: Just yesterday, we had pked Bush Kelly's corrupt character Smacked Wazowski who had attempted to arrest a member of Sanzensekai. When confronted and said that the member had dashcam evidence of his car, he did /me destroys dashcam evidence. He was immediately shot by another member of Sanzensekai. This is on tape and was shown to an admin previously.

Next instance.

He had attempted to get a ticket for illegal parking on another member of Sanzensekai. He had then demanded a search against the person in question, and as a result was shot by another member of Sanzensekai. He did an admin ticket claiming RDM, under the clause that one cannot kill a corrupt cop for a ticket, not explaining that he was attempting a search, and that "all the other cops said it was okay" to search a person for a ticket misdemeanor. Ultimately, he was pked just yesterday for being in a corrupt situation. However, the history goes deeper of this grudge.

In the past instances, Bush Kelly has mugged our faction, kidnapped, as well as goaded us into shooting him on alt characters. How? He would mug on one character, and would proceed to then swap character with the same pac on to goad the players into shooting him, and he has confessed to me openly that he mugs on all characters. He claims RDM on him, but if he wears the same pac across characters, can that be blamed?

He claimed that we metagamed for removing him from the discord for the actions he has done on another character. However, he abuses pac, which can be evidently seen as he has had his pac flags removed as of recent. It is not metagame to remove him from our discord as discord is a generally OOC meeting place except for explicit channels.

In addition, he had raided our building for no discernable I.C reason, as well as kidnapped several of our members. He justifies this as using an "alt" character, but he has been progressively targeting our faction more and more, to the point where he wants to attempt a war. He has a group of people who's seeming sole purpose is to mug and antagonize people and there has been a growing amount of discontent with various members of the server.

Baldrick himself has confessed that Cranked has attempted to promote a war for a faction that is not his, and luckily, a good friend was able to inform me of this metagame planning, and I was reassured that Baldrick has no part in this, nor does he consent in the starting of a war. As he told me, EHC itself has no reason to fight a pointless war. Overall, my evidence at metagame, powergame, as well as metagrudge has been presented. The man is attempting to escalate conflict, and is attempting to recruit greater numbers from foreign sources just to potentially sway something in his favor. Baldrick has confessed this to me in our chat. In addition, in the event that one needs further evidence.

When one looks at Bush Kelly's previous ban record, it is  impressive, and there are many a party that he has been escalating conflicts with, that I am sure would love to testify and add to this ticket, not even in the Sanzensekai faction. In short, I appreciate the admin's consideration in this ticket, and I would hope that we can move on from here.
