What is your motivation/reason for applying?:
My motivation to apply for staff is the same as my first application and while I am not going to copy and paste I'll simply explain it as simple as I am able to;
I have been playing diverge since the day of launch and have had characters in both legal and criminal factions. I believe that I am able to say that I am familiar with Diverge's roleplay and playerbase, spending over a month played on the server and having engaged in all types of roleplay I can think of. Now, my motivation to why is because I wish to once again join the staff team and assist diverge with its roleplay and out of character issues that occur on a daily basis. Although the staff team has picked up over the recent week I believe that the staff team still needs more players to assist with things that are very common and prevalent in your everyday Garry's Mod roleplay server. Being able to be on the staff team and help the server as a player is something I wish to do, whether it be taking sits or doing basic roleplay events for characters.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:
I think I should be taken over other candidates because I will do what I can to maintain a great level of activity during late nights and early morning EST hours, where staff are needed on a bit more. In addition I would strive further than doing basic staff activity through tickets, I will do my best to encourage roleplay, host events, and show involvement on Diverge's Mafia RP sever.

Yes, I have a PO record. 3 bans and I am not sure how many notes. I can admoit that I have done dumb things in my time here, my most recent ban was a simple placing down of a dup that I was told to not do beforehand, it was dumb and I was banned for two days.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:
When I held my staff title in the past I took it very seriously, aside from the basic rule break of AFK gambling, taking tickets and hosting daily events I upheld my title from start to end. These were times where I was a common person when it came to staff related issues due to my activity in and off the server, whether it be me taking tickets in game or responding to DM's over discord regarding a PK, rulebreak, or any staff/player related issue. While it sounds like I am waving my dick around, I was not claiming to be the most active staff memeber, just dropped a simple belief that I was active. It has been several months since I was staff and I can say my reputation has definitely changed. I do things such as messing about in the discord and in OOC chat, ghost pinging people, and doing dumbshit which is obviously minge activity but nothing I would rarely, if not never, do any of this in game. I do have past offences from times that I have but those are not something I am simply able to erase, my last ban was nearly 2 months ago and it was for a small decison to spawn in a prison dupe and roleplay as a jail swine. 3 simple offenses and a small handful of tickets that Ive gotten in over my 7 months here.
My overall answer to this question is; People may perceive me as a minge, but what I do OOCly is different from the roleplay characters I play on MafiaRP. I take the server seriously when it comes to roleplay, and while I do oocly fuck in the discord and when speaking OOCly in game its not like this game is our life its good to fuck around sometimes so as long as you don't break rules, abuse ooc powers, and so forth.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
I would first think the basic question that all staff should answer before taking a ticket, which is "were any of my characters involved in this situation?". If I were in a staff position I would want to ensure that I am not mixing any of my roleplay characters with my OOC decisions I make on and off duty. If my character is involved in the situation I would not go through with taking the sit, instead I would clip it and request another staff member through staff chat I would not want to show any biases. If a staff member responds and is able to take my evidence I would go forth with the sit and provide what I can.
Now, if I am not involved in the situation and witness someone RDMing while on an RP character I would simply do as follows; Firstly I would ensure its RDM and wait for the ticket to be placed in, if I am not 100% sure it was RDM. If a ticket is made I would then proceed onto my staff character, tab out and retrieve my video (If I am recording at the time) and use it as evidence in the sit, and teleport the players involved to a rooftop. Then I would ask both players to explain themselves, starting with the person who RDMed. If any players talk over, badger, or mic spam in the sit I would gag them. Once its done and I am able to determine whether it was RDM or not I would teleport the RDMed player back to where he was, giving compensation if I am a gamemaster. Lastly I would check the RDMer's past offences and notes in game and on the diverge forums. If the player has a large PO I would give him a greater ban then his most recent, but if he is new I would simply explain to him and add a note to his file unless there are clear reasons to just straight ban him (Mic spamming in the sit, minging, running from the sit, RDM in the sit, pretending to be AFK, and so forth)
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
I have made several staff reports as a player and am familiar with the process, if I know that this staff member abuses frequently and is aware of his actions I would simply do the following;
Making a staff report is similar to a players report with just less steps. Now, firstly I would get my story in line before I file the report. I would gather the evidence I need to prove that it is staff abuse, videos, pictures, logs, or any physical evidence that I am able to post on a forum thread. With the evidence gathered I would proceed with the report, finding whether or not a staff knows they're abusing isn't my job, detailing how I knew this person was abusing and how I was lead up to the evidence I provided. I believe it is best to explain myself when making staff reports as to not get caught up in the staff members actions. Once I filed the report I would submit it to the thread, depending on how severe and blatant it is I would keep to myself, if a staff member was abusing and actively affecting the community's reputation and player base (slaying everyone, using staff ESP, approving their faction's own activities, etc) I would message the head administrator, if ones not present any meber of UA, before and after I submit the report. If the instance abuse was activley affecting the community and the staff simpley did something small I would just submit the response and keep it on the down low for UA to look at and process.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?:
I've done this before, if a friend of mine were to want to come on the server to minge I'd do the simple steps I would if it was any others player, but I would try to divert the situation beforehand. In many instances its very hard to stop RDM before it happens, but in this case you're able to on-hand; if i am aware my friend is actively getting onto the server to RP I would monitor them and make attempts to divert them from doing so. Not going to say some cringe "they're my friend, they'd listen to me" I'd simple warn them that I'm not going to abuse a staff position because I know them on an OOCly level, its quite literally being used, I would explain it to them like that. Harming a hobby of mine because they want self gain isn't what I would want to happen. Treat them as a regular player, ban them if they break the rules.

Ayo may be kind of a sped and the previous ban that got him removed from staff may seem to be a bad look but ultimately I think Ayo would be a good addition to the staff team and hopefully the gamemaster team. He has been on both sides of the law in terms of roleplay experiences which will prove valuable when it comes to community interactions as a staff member.
