Reason for ban: Failrp[]Meta game

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I'm disputing this situation due to the grounds of what I did literally not being stated in any of the rules directly. Nor is it truthfully implied.
Why should you be unbanned: The situation was simple. Bush Kelly and his merry band of minges kidnapped me and paulsies. We were brought to a townhouse they didn't own and stripped of coms with our inventory being dumped out. Included in this dump was my phone. So as any sane human would I icly did /me crouches down. With his back and his tied up hands facing the phone.(I also did /me for each number i put in) I then had paulsies read/tell me the numbers so i could press them. Resulting in me being able to contact my men. This is neither metagame nor fail rp. As this is a capable strength most people could complete. Especially a heavy trained man. On top of this. Bush Kelly used ooc dms as evidence in my ban. Which should make it void. Not just that but he has been using the same pac on every single one of his chars essentially leading him to a state of constantly being un pkable and also constantly rdm baiting. Which should result on a punishment on his end
(This was also my first ever time being punished for metagaming and fail rp. So the ban seems a bit harsh. Unless there is a bias at hand which could easily explain why the ban was that long or even a ban in the first place)

Ok, so I do understand how you mean you did it in RP, but unfortunately discord is just not the way. We do not promote the use of discord to gather people to save you from a kidnapping at all. If you used the in game phone system then that is completely OK. Player reports are completely OOC, so it's irrelevant if the player used OOC evidence to report you. Your ban appeal seems to have a lot of fluff which can be turned into a player report. If you are bounded, you cannot use discord or any other 3rd party system. Even if you think you did it correctly in RP, it's against the rules.
"You cannot call for help while being mugged/held under fearrp in discord or any other 3rd party service as you would not realistically be able to contact others while under fearp/tied."

I literally rp'd it as a phone call. I couldn't use the phone in game cause i was still tied. Making your argument invalid. I still don't see why it's a 2day ban nor why it falls under both metagame and fail rp when metagaming is defined as using ooc gathered info ic. Even though i wasn't the one using the info. Surely this would constitute as just fail rp.

As I find it easier to express my point in a more fufilling way over voice and i feel we could come to a good conclusion which benefits every party involved
