Reason for PK: Got shot in a gang war
Why should you be unPK'd?: During the Crime war with the Grey family vs various families, I was part of a family that happened to part of the war. now for the majority of it I had been very inactive not feeling like it was nesscary. there was 2 grey members were on at the time and a member of the grey happened to be camping on top of a roof the one with the billboard and across to the right of hospital. The member of the Grey Family had been killing multiple people from the rooftop, and then after a while of no contact had disconnected. he wasen't joining back for a while, so i started my way on to the roof. he had reconnected around this time, and without warning had shot me dead without even knowing who I was. I should be unpk'd because the man shot me as soon as I spawned in getting the drop on me in a unfair non-rp way

The individual waited an appropriate amount of time before logging off the character, and didn't return for a good 10 minutes or so. It is unfortunate you happened to be up there at the time. You knew the risks of being on the server, it's how a war works.
