Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:
In General i just like moderating, all the way from discord servers to Unturned Servers - FiveM - Gmod DarkRp - Cs Community Servers - Arma 3 - Battlefield Community Servers and Rising Storm, I always had a nice attitude towards problem solving, dealing with players and people and of course moderating. I always found my self to become staff on servers to benefit the server it self, not my self, i always thought and still do to this day that me joining the staff team could improve the gameplay of the server etc instead of focusing to improve my own experience on the server. My main motivation for applying for staff is of course Gun Man and his amazing events + just the lack of EU staff on the server, I come to play on the server daily but never see enough staff on my time zone, max i see only 1-2 staff but they are always busy. I always felt like i could improve on this by becoming a staff member my self. Another one of my big motivations is my friends and the community around me, My friends have played with me many many games all the way from a basic survival game like Unturend to a Proper Serious Roleplay servers like Gmod RP and FiveM, They always saw me become staff on these servers so they always nuged me to become staff on this one, Another big motive of mine is the community that is around me when i play, alot of the guys i play with are amazing. There can ofcourse be some downsides but its always upsides and me driving around banging tunes in the car radio or just in general improving the gameplay experience for the server and when i mentioned to become a staff member to them. They did nothing but agree and try guide me forward. I have been staff on a few servers before but MafiaRP will be a first with the rules and guidelines and im just eager to learn in general.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:
I Shouldent, I feel that all people deserve an equal view and no one shall be chosen over other people for a specifc reason (unless its something really important) But the benefits i may have that other candidates dont have is that i live in Ireland a country in the EU, I can help and solve alot of the servers problems with people that US staff are unable to do. Apart from the Eu time zone i can speak Russian Fluently, so if there ever becomes a situation where a russian player does not know what to do etc, I can always be there to help and support him. Im also pretty good at problem solving or atleast really eager to get into it, If a RDM case comes up with no proof etc i prefer to get to the bottom of it, (Check logs, Ask Witnesses [Not Friends], Check Priv Bans Etc) Instead of just sending the case ahead, cause i feel like alot of cases just get blown over cause theres not enough proof which i do agree with but i prefer to look into them way more. Im also fluent in english believe it or not :O so i can speak to england speaking people.

In most of thoses servers i was either Moderator or Admin. I was only Head Admin on most Arma 3 Servers and Liams Networks on Gmod but thats it those are most if not all the servers i staffed for (the ones i remember [ had to ask friends] ) and the approximate hours for them too.[/b]

I have been banned 3 times off Diverge Networks. My ban reasons are : Cringe ERP | | RDM / PO x 2 | | RDM / LTAP | |
Cringe ERP - I got banned for 3Hrs on 9/11 for banging a hot dog off the PD cell walls and saying in chat "/me takes out big weiner, /me eats big weiner, /me bangs wiener off cell walls, /me puts weiner into officers mouth" [ Staff member that banned me - Hue ]
RDM / PO x 2 - I dont even remember this ban reason at all, i got banned for 12 Hours on the 21/8. [ Staff member that banned me - Hue ]
RDM / LTAP - I dont remember this one either, i got banned for 12 hours on this too on the 1/5. [ First Ban ] [ Staff member that banned me - Recoil ]
I all can say for these bans is that i grew up from them and got a better understanding of the rules. I have no excuses for the bans as they were all justified.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:
I would say im kindof-ish known in the community, when i talk in OOC as Vladim Volenski people would know who i am and people do know be for helping some admins with events like Gun Man and playing Detective music for him, Apart from that im known for being the cop that chills with the community, plays songs with them, Pulls them over for speeding but lets them free after a "cool carchase". Hopefully over the next few days i can improve my reputation.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
I would first asses the situation, if the player is new etc etc etc. From there i would pop onto duty to bring him and explain to him how he is unable to do what he did and if he proceeds to continue his actions there can be actions done ageinst him. Of course depending on the case on how serious it is it can be more than a warning. For example there is a court case going on and a man runs in and throws a molly ( a minge not an event ) Thats where more than a warning needs to be issued to the rule breaker.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
I would first not mention it and just record the action in case, from there i would talk to them and try to explain to them that what they did is not allowed by staff terms and they should stop. If they proceed to deny me and tell me they never did anything wrong i would just show them the clip and try make them improve on them selves. If they continue to do such actions i would just report that one staff member to a higher rank of staff with valid proof and evidence.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed
knowing this can affect your friendship with them?:
I would personally try get another staff member to solve the case as i dont wish to solve cases including friends etc as that can end up in a biased discision, but if it does come to a point where i need to take the case of my friends i will just come into the case knowing nobody and treating both sides of the party like randoms so the case of RDM / Minging can be fair for both sides. If its just reports in OOC and not proper @ reports i would probably call him or try to explain to him privetly that he is unable to do what he wishes to do and if he continues he can either leave or get kicked by me for his actions. A Situation between the server and a friendship should not matter, If a member of the server minges. He minges there is no in between, treat him as a rule breaker and thats it.

-1, I personally don’t believe you are fit. When I discharged you in PD, you kept spamming me for a reason, I gave you it, you kept going on. Then, when I got discharged you DM’d me with nothing but hate. I personally think, unless you can prove that you are, you are not fit at all.

Lied to staff on multiple occasions, as well as just not being fit for it in general. The way you acted when you were discharged from PD and how you reacted when you were PKed clearly shows that you are not prepared or even qualified to be staff
