Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): It was my bad for killing him, and if i am put in a situation like that again i now know to not kill them
Why should you be unbanned? Because the person who was the one i killed was taking multiple photos of me before running away and still taking photos of me, me and another person shot him but i was the only one to get banned, the guy who i shot even said a ban was too much and wanted a warn. I was unaware that i had to warn someone for taking pictures of me, but in a RP situation i did not know if it was a cop trying to find my identity so i shot him to rid that chance.(also

There was a report made by a player ( Lets call him Ming ). He told me that he got RDM'ed by a member of the server. Once i brought him into a sit i was shown a clip where the player ( Ming ) Was taking photos of a red vehicle and a man. Once you and your friend both saw Ming Taking photos, You shouted "He is Taking Fucking Pictures" From there you chased him down and gunned him down. You never told him to stop taking pictures. There was never any action or gesture that can alert ming to stop taking pictures. You chased him down and gunned him down.

Hi, after watching the video it's pretty clear the 'victim' was simply baiting by spamming pictures in an attempt to get people to chase him. Not to mention the FailRP once he began yelling 'RDM RDM RD' on mic.
Technically in situations like this in Public you should demand the person stop harassing you / taking pictures first instead of shooting immediately, but as he ran I can see how you made the decision to shoot. Try to handle it better in the future.
