Reason for PK: Attempted RDM of a Police Officer
Why should you be unPK'd?: Currently I am facing a crisis, regret mounting, tears rolling, and I am truly sorry to the Officer. I need this character, I need to finish this fight, am so close. Rather than shooting the Officer, I should have rendered the situation unbeatable. Rem was the person who PK'd me, the Officer believes that because there wasn't an event for the PK I should be given another chance to roleplay.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: The Officer whom PK'd me has the video, also has spoken to me over discord and I understand his point of view. He has forgiven me and is allotting a second chance.

I am the officer who PK'd him, this bozo needs another chance, I consider his PK invalid, In the SOP, shooting someone that isn't armed his negligence and I should have pursuit him and arrested him. Even if, gunfight happened later, I think that moment of time was invalid. He also did not have an event, so I believe his character is not dead, but in a state of comatose. I would give the person nitro if they accept this pk appeal, please don't say that he needs to learn his through a PK, he already felt like shit and I understood his crisis. He really wants to finish a roleplay, I careless what ever he wants to do next with his character. I will also consider taking my time to decide if I want PK someone or not during a sit or not even call an admin for a sit. At the moment, I was mad and heated, but I calmed down, and I genuinely think this man should get another chance. Staff needs to be little bit loose, and should understand to give a chance to someone, even if the person who PK'd is helping. If it does get denied, then I feel that you made the call by neglecting my point of view and the Original Poster.

So unfortunately unless the PK for for an invalid reason, most PKs are permanent. PKs are simply a part of MafiaRP, and unfortunately you learned that the hard way.
