I was playing the server during a gang war and pkd way too many hells angles. I can see why this looked suspicious. I was being told who all the members were by Mr.Penguin who was an admin in 4kt. You could confirm this with him if you want. after a gang war between 4kt and Hells Angels erupted i After talking to recoil He said that they said that I have software to see peoples names and factions. Although it might look sus that I killed so many hells angels we had 10 people in a vc calling out if you had the same player model there was a discussion and 3 guys with slr's watching you. as for the last guy and that was the first guy I saw. and looking at the video you can see there's no hacks and everyone says unknown it just happened to be the first guy I saw on the street. you can ban me for rdm but that's the only thing that should happen. I've invested money and my time into the server I have nothing but respect for the server but to see something like this happen and it not be the first time this has happened to someone is really disheartening Like I understand you saying you have to do an investigation but to just outright ban me with 0 evidence is very insane. I would like to add that the only reason I didn't bring this up on my first appeal is that penguin was my nigga and I wasn't tryna roll on my homie like that after I got banned I also kinda figured the 10m video would be enough to get me unbanned.

Ive been with this person in this gang war as Joe Bigman and he showed his screen for an little while (Turned it off later) we ware with like 5 to 10 people in an call and suddenly hear what I'm banned. we all think that time it was not legit. we saw the screen he didn't mention that he had any thirth party software for over 2 hours. and even saw an little bit of his screen where nothing was off. Its been an while and i don't know all the details i just know we used to call him Little man. Good fellah too.

As I explained to you in your appeal (which this is a direct copy paste of) and over Discord, it's irrelevant if that was the actual reasoning. If anything, it makes it worse for you. You're essentially admitting to participating in staff abuse, and not reporting it, instead waiting until the staff member in question has departed from this community, when an incident like this would have no effect on him. If you came to us during or shortly after it happened, it'd be a different situation. But, no. You chose to wait until now, you will be remaining banned.
