Reason for PK: Cops shootout

Why should you be unPK'd?: 1. The gunfight was initiated at apartments 1, a cartel member was threatened by white men in suits. 2. We killed them all (provided by video, Manuel Antonio POV) 3. As the shootout ends, a white man in black suit talks to the Deputy Comissioner of Public Affairs telling him there is a shooting at apartments (Baldrick POV) This is a clear metagame situation, it is not the Cops fault but the guy that gave the information.
This can be concluded by the fact that everyone at the shooting died, thus there is no possibility of someone running away to tell the cops. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

I was there during the situation and talked to somespy afterwards aka I am involved.
For some1 to knows whats going on at the opposite end of the map, they need to meta.
How df does a bozo know there is a shootout.
