Reason for blacklist (if given): Lego Man
Why should they be returned?: Last night I became the DOT Commissioner and realized I needed pac for the outfit, I Understand mingey pacs are not allowed and I plan on never using any of those ever again. Its been 2 months since the original blacklist and I feel im ready for that second chance.
