Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I want to be able to help the community that I spend so much time with. I have always wanted to try staffing as I like new challenges in life and learning new skills. I also think that the more staff the better the server will be as I know more staff will make tickets go faster as staff cant do all tickets at once. I also feel staffing is one of the best ways you can assist your favorite community/server. I also feel like my timezone is good for the server as its most active around the time I get on so I would be able to help in busy/high volume times for the server.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * Because I'm highly motivated to help people have a better roleplaying experience. I have dedication to this server as I don't play other servers so I put all my time spent on GMOD on diverge. I also will be Unbiased when it comes to taking tickets as I realize there should be a big separation between your roleplay characters and a staff character so I would favor on the side of any Factions/Groups that are in there server I will be fair and impartial when making all choices. As well when making a choice I will always listen to both sides and carefully look at any physical information that is available to be such as clips and logs. I also have alot of patience when it comes to people because I understand people will not always be happy when they make a ticket and might take it out on me.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I do not have previous experience staffing on a Gmod server
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes I have Been banned before once on the 31st of July for NITRP|Minge|Abusing Powers the explanation being that i was minging of my FBI character and I have learned from my mistakes and realize doing stuff like that effects my reputation on the server and is unprofessional and unfair for people that are trying to immerse themselves in the roleplay of the server then I was banned once more on the 6th of September for Spamming 911 calls It was successfully appealed but even so its still uncalled for as it would be annoying for people to see text spammed on there screen
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I would say that I have a good reputation in the community as I do not to my knowledge have anyone who dislikes me as an actual person. I would say that I am well known in the community at least on the legal faction side of the community. Everyone that I have had problems with in the server that was OOC I have always talked them out and they know there is a separation to how i feel about them as there RP character and how I feel about them as an actual person

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would wait about Two to Three Minutes to see if any on duty staff members will take the ticket and if I notice the ticket has not been taken I will Conclude my Roleplay situation and claim the ticket and handle the situation according to the procedures and guidelines that the UA has set for me to follow
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would attempt to convince them that what they are doing is wrong and that they should stopping doing what there doing but still make sure I clip it and then if it continues I would ask a staff member that is my same rank about who to tell about the situation and then report to the person that they refer me to as to what the staff member in question was doing
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would pull them into a sit and explain that I know they are my friend but you can not be effecting the roleplay of the server in a negative way as its not fair to other member of the community I would explain that as a friend I have no hard feelings agianst them but I have to be Unbiased when it comes to staffing then I would take appropriate action by the guidelines set by the staffing team
