What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I'v seen a lot of ming's getting away with a lot of stuff and I would like to help put a stop to that And I would genuinely love to help enforce the rules and make this Gaming community a fun place to hang out. I would genuinely love to make a name for myself in this community. And this is a great place to hang out and have fun with your friends. But let's stop talking about my self this real problem is rule breaks and I can shut them down.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I would love to join the staff to properly enforce the peacefulness of the server and to show the Community and the staff team it will be a great place to go and have fun with your friends. I also think this could be a great learning experience. I think I would positively have a lot of fun learning new things and meet new people. I would be respectful to the best of my abilities, and I would teach the people of Diverge Networks we can do other then ban people and be pricks. I always thought the Staff team would be to be a part of and I am willing to leave everything behind for the amazing community. I would naturally bring genuine peace and mind to the community of Diverge networks. I do not discriminate against anyone, and so on. I'm very experienced in the Staff Department I think I would fit right in with all the other great men and women in the Staff team. It is a great place to learn discipline and learn manners. I think i would be a great new addition to the staff team. I used to be a Staff member on other servers so I know how to deal with heat and pressure.

(please list where what position and how long): MP Moderator 1 month, Scuffedrp 4 Weeks, Ice fuze Moderator 2-3 weeks, I owned a server called Bing Bing Bong Networks, I Owned another server Called Gamers Paradise, i was a dev on a Police Rp Server, I was a staff member on Non-Stop networks, i was a Staff member on defcon Gaming, i was a staff member and sevral fivem servers, i was a owner of a rust server, i was a admin on a unturned server
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes "Metagame, Failrp, NITRP. two of those were dropped the NITRP and Failrp was dropped .

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Call for someone else to deal with it if not I would switch to my staff char and deal with it. I will give the man a warning if he is honest with me. If not I would decide on a punishment. But if he RDMs me i would not take my sit since it would not seam fair but i would do my job to the best of my ability's. i would not be on anyone's side
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would record it and follow the chain of command. I would also file an admin report on the forums. I would also contact Bacon And or A UA for help with this admin. As an admin you should know right from wrong if you think its not allowed or is not allowed then dont do it because you will ruin your day and other peoples day
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed to know this can affect your friendship with them? I would do my job Even if he is my friend he broke the rules and I have to punish him for doing so. It is his fault for doing dumb stuff. i would also ask him why he would join a server i like playing on and break the rules i wouldn't be mad but i would be disappointed

The ban wasn't giant. Talked to me personally in game for advice and help to apply for staff.
Seemed like he was honestly interested in becoming staff.
App looks very poor.
Fix the app and I may reconsider my vote.

-1 seems rushed and idk people that have gotten banned on a server that has been up for 1-2 weeks seems untrusted unless it was when it was launched before.

You've gone by a lot of names in this community, I remember you from HD, where you resigned before launch to go staff a DarkRP server, and then came back during its peak asking for your position back? You had no loyalty or dedication then, how do I know that's not still the case?
