Why should you be unbanned?
Well all I can really say is that I'm moving houses and due to me moving houses I need to play on a WIFI connection to an American server. Me playing with 600 ping is really hard especially when I freeze randomly and then slide over to a random spot or stay still the whole time and teleport around, The situation where i ran over the 2 people in the hospital I can take the blame for as when I went into the hospital I didn't lag out but I pressed D instead of S to stop. But the VDM situation in the police station is something I do wish to appeal, when I was driving into the pd station with a friend I called over radio that I was driving in. Whilst driving in i tried to stop but that's where my ping spiked and I couldn't stop the car, when I noticed what was going on I called out multiple times that I'm sorry and that was not meant to happen at all even though I was fucking around with the pd. My friend even called out multiple times where I just stood still and then randomly speed ran to a place 10 meters away from where I was still. I wasn't even brought to a sit to explain my actions .

I do not think neither of your VDM situations was a mistake, however I will leave this to a member of UA to decide the verdict.
