[attachment=156][attachment=157]Your Name:Thompson Chavez

Your SteamID (Click to retrieve): STEAM_0:1:163836431 (new)

Reason for ban: acting as middleman/item transfer

Length of ban: 1day

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I have not played in almost a month <2 days until a full month> and I get back and a guy needs my help. Unaware u help him and get banned. I believe I should've been given a warning or something. I believe this should be shortened.  plus read below

Why should you be unbanned? Middlemen get banned for 2hours, I have no previous offenses and literally haven't played in a month. According to him, me being in the Colombos who have been in the server along time, there are different circumstances.

Additional Information (images, videos, etc)Sadon phone idk if screenshots worked)

RE: Thompson ban appeal - Stingy - 11-10-2021

Hello,
I am the staff member who carried out the ban. In this situation you and a guy went behind a building and did not speak to each other and transferred a drug processor.

Rule 9 states "Likewise you may not transfer money or items between any of your characters in anyway. Nor are you allowed to act as the middleman for someone else's item or money transfer. Transferring items or money between two of your characters is not permitted under any circumstance."

I don't think being away from the server for 28 days would make you forget the rules. I also said that since a different staff member carried out another ban that they are comparing this to, it was probably a different circumstance. I would expect someone who is serious enough to join a seasoned and serious faction, would be serious enough to understand the rules, especially item transferring.

Leaving the decision to UA.

As you are true, we did not speak as i was in a public discord channel and he asked for help there, but... the screenshot of the person i had posted, got a 2 hour ban for the same thing WHILE having a previous offence for the same thing. So, a person with a prior offence of assisting with item transfer, (banned for it once before) still got a 2hour ban. Why is that he has a prior and he still gets 2hr but i have no priors and i get 22 hours longer ban than his?

Item transferring is against the rules on most if not all servers I've heard about, so it should be fairly obvious to you that it is not allowed. Apart from that your ~month hiatus shouldn't erase one of the simplest rules from your mind; despite that, a day ban for assisting is a bit over the top.

Your ban appeal has been reviewed and accepted.

The ban will be reduced to 6h.
