My suggestion could add more criminal rp.

So basically my suggestion is that in the scrap yard you add a npc we’re you can salvage stolen cars.
The more expensive the car the more money you get, but so you cant abuse it add a timer for 600 seconds.
Also you have to wait 5-10 minutes for the car to actually get salvaged so the owner has time to come find it.

+1 it would add another chapter of role play and would allow people to make money in a different way

-1 Niggas can hop on when there isn’t staff and spawn cars for their friends and salvage farm them, this can be fixed by a cool down of some sort..

Use (insert alleyway here) instead. The scrapyard is a good place but doesn't have to be THE place.

In addition to the idea, I think it'd be neat if the car owner could no longer spawn the vehicle for 600-1,200 seconds- putting a serious value on vehicles; that way similarly to mugging- it has to be planned out and orchestrated to some sort of degree lest it leads to the death of the perpetrator. 

Also, maybe a purchasable "Insurance" for the vehicle that halves the time it takes to get a vehicle back.

Also, it would be of importance to ensure that it can't be abused by people trying to use it to farm money between friends- it should directly negatively impact the vehicle owner (Possibly deduct money from their bank. If they do not have enough money than it puts a Lien on their vehicle- which until paid forbids them from using the vehicle).

I super like the idea, hope its implemented!
