+1 Vietnamese gang is an interesting idea, and backstory is very cool w/ police case file sort of format.

I see no issue with using a real gang. There are plenty of real-life gangs and families on the server. The Wikipedia page was linked AFTER the backstory for anyone who wants to have a deeper dive outside of some IC backstory to fit the server.
