Reason for PK: Participating in a war that I was never ordered to participate in? I was killed around the NOI's temple after I saw shooting, I had my gun out to protect myself and was killed when I went to cross the street. I did fire my gun, but I fired it at people who were shooting at me first. I was only in the area of the incident because my apartment is in Napoli, right across the street from their temple.
Why should you be unPK'd?: Not only was I not involved, Rem posted the PK message in ooc and I guarantee everyone who got PKed in this incident didn't see Rem's message due to chat spam. Either way, the PKs were unjust and need to be undone man. Also, just look at the other threads related to this incident and read the comments, there were a lot of valid points made that back up the fact that these PKs were not warranted nor necessary. +1, OOC is not IC and that message would be invalid in IC events. Also it is stupid as they started shooting first, the killed NOI members must be PKed too.

Your character has been instated and may be used again. Note that this appeal was only accepted after an agreement between both parties to void the events of last night due to a misunderstanding. Keep in mind that the reasoning for the PK was perfectly just, and if it were not for the voiding it would've remained.
