Reason for ban: Failed mugging/ pox2

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Ok so the guy that i mugged had already mugged one of my faction members prior and when confronted we tie him up and his radio and gun were taken because of it. I did not know that even though he mugged someone in my faction i cant take his gun.
Why should you be unbanned? I was unaware that even though he mugged someone i cant take his gun, and will not make this mistake again, but a 3 day ban after being told that it was going to be light too, it was my apologies to kill him.

Hello Claymore, I was the staff member who issued the ban So I'll explain my side.
First let's start off with all the evidence that led up to your ban.

Let's start off with what you were banned for
You were banned for breaking these rule's
"You may only kill the victim if they DO NOT comply with your demands. Victims that comply are to be left unharmed."
"Once you have finished mugging a user who has complied completely with the mugging you must flee the scene and abandon them.
-This means you may NOT kill or cripple them unnecessarily. "
As seen in the evidence above, the user you are mugging complies completely with the mugging doesn't break FearRP or generally not comply with the muggers, he get's his shit stolen off him, jumps into the water when told and complies with all orders from the muggers, Although, when he jumps in the water and swims away, you decide to kill him even though he had completely complied with the mugging and not broken FearRP. This was deemed as a Fail Mugging and RDM, which is why you were banned.
Now to answer your question of " I did not know that even though he mugged someone in my faction I cant take his gun." A rule explains that you may take items from peoples inventory's and rob them as stated here.
"You may tie the victim and rob them of the items in their inventory."
So to end it all off, you mugged him, robbed him of his items as seen in logs, gave him orders to comply with, he complied, and then you decide to kill him even though he complied with all of the muggers orders. Which was Fail Mugging/RDM, and I gave you a 3 days ban as you had 2 Prior RDM warnings. I have no issue with this ban getting shortened as long, as it doesn't happen again.

If you can see the logs of me taking his items can you please show his logs of him mugging my faction member so he could be PK'd then? as that was the reason for the shooting, if not then its okay. also the intent to mug the other person was not there my intent was only to kill him in rp fashion but did not want the PK.
