Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): Adrian Silver, Thatcher L. Baker, and Tommy Caruso came together, pooling their collective legal knowledge to found the city’s newest high-power law firm.

The three had worked together in the past, each of them attorneys at Saul Drexler Enterprises, before the company moved out of town, Baker and Caruso as private attorneys, and Silver as general counsel for the company. The three did their own work in relative separation, occasionally asking each other input on cases, documents, etc.

Soon enough, though, Baker and Caruso, along with a couple of other independent attorneys, were signed on to take the biggest civil case they had ever seen. After a long, hard legal battle against the federal government, the lawyers managed to come to an 8-digit settlement, the largest in recent memory (server history). Shortly after the victory, their law firm closed its doors, the CEO deciding to leave town and take his company with him.

Flush with cash and still high off of their big court win, the two continued taking cases as independent attorneys, picking up a civil case here, and a criminal defense there, but they both knew what the obvious next step was. After some talking, Baker and Caruso reached out to Silver, someone they both knew to be a skilled attorney. The pair filled him in on their idea, and he joined the team, agreeing to start a new law firm, calling it Silver, Baker, and Caruso Associates, LLP. Almost immediately, they set about hiring up the lawyers who had been left without work, and signing up all the clients who had been left without representation.

A law firm does not need to be a faction.

+1 Legal Factions are near nonexistent in the server. There’s plenty of low rent gangs posing as criminal syndicates, which gives the PD and FBI some up and coming RP. People who want to start legal businesses have nothing going for them in New York at the moment. They have no place to base their operations in RP without a criminal organization allowing them use of a property. Some of the properties are held without seeing any real use. Approving this legal faction will give them access and also create a realm of RP that is lacking in the server. Not everyone should be criminal or government in Diverge. We need people to step up and do something different. These guys are attempting to do just that.

It does when you cannot add more than one individual player to a door.

RE: SBC Associates, LLP. - Bidders - 11-23-2021

+1, I support this faction, all interactions with people acting on behalf of this law firm have provided quality legal RP. Would be a good addition for improving legal rp.

+1, No problem with having more legal factions especially with the recent influx of new crime factions need something to help balance it out, also best lawyers in the city.

RE: SBC Associates, LLP. - Fish Man - 11-23-2021

+1, I may be a part of the faction but. We need more legal factions. Less of the stereotypical Italian mob family and more of the legal RP
