Just got pulled over something that happened 2 days ago in which two (undercover) FBI agents instigated an argument between me and my friend gat, in which my friend got angry and raised a pistol, the two men responded by shooting, I returned fire and was killed, I have just been PK'd over this and think that the entire situation shouldn't have happened, the two men didn't show identification until guns were already pulled, and they only went for a PK after 2 days.
I think my character should be unbanned/PK'd for these reasons.

Hello,
You were PKed for instigating a firefight with FBI agents. In the clip I could see them identifying themselves to you and your friend shortly after pulling guns themselves. Once they had pulled their guns out you shot them, initating the firefight, and then died.
In the clip you can also clearly see your friend shooting at the agents first, leading to them retaliating with their own fire.
The reason this PK took place two days later is most likely due to other admins not being available beforehand; I understand your confusion of the timeframe but it does not make the PK less valid in this instance.

They did not die so they wouldn't be liable to PKs. If they had died yes you could have PKed them.
