Small private island or personal yacht - BasedGuy22 - 11-24-2021
the sea is vast and empty, I think we can make good use out of it by adding small inhabitable private islands (like a very small piece of terrain in the sea that has a small house/room on top of it, the house/room can be bought, locked, and base'd at) or inhabitable non-moving yachts that you can buy, lock, and base at.

+1 adding these islands to the sea would be great, since the ocean part of the map is barley used at all for rp.

Boats I could understand and would be a nice addition, but islands in the middle of the Hudson? That's just silly.

Not needed, looks unrealistic, you can make your own boats but not islands -1. would just take up server space tbh
