Reason for PK: I broke fearp rules.
Why should you be unPK'd?: Alright well, I had just brought someone to an alley and robbed them and after I did I got off, and was probably off for another hour or so, I got back on and was chilling for a good 10-20 minutes and I was walking by my house and they came up to me and said "you like robbing people" and they insinuated that they were going to rob me, now I believe the rules are that you cannot rob in broad daylight so I just continued to walk over to my house and they shot at me and killed me. I am fairly new to this whole RP thing which I can understand would not be an excuse but I just thought I was doing the right thing. I'd have no problem giving the person their stuff back I was just bored and was messing around but I would very much like my account back. I have just fully reviewed the rules of this server and I am willing to follow them to the best of my abilities if you will kindly give me access to my account.

Ok so,
You were PKed because you broke FearRP while there was a gun pointed at you and died.
Now, the person that had the gun pointed at you never insinuated that they were going to rob you back, nor did he ever attempt to.
Yes, you can not rob in public spaces, but he apparently was going to bring you to another area that was not in the middle of the road, before you started saying "NLR" and ran away.

Now, I would not mind if your appeal got accepted, as I see you have no previous bans, probably no previous warns, and you understand what you have done.
Note: You are not being denied access to your account either, just your character, which you can have multiple of. Your steam ID is also not exactly what you have put there, however we're able to pull it from that anyway.

As the person involved in the scenario, I don't think approving the PK appeal is the proper decision. What he's saying and what occurred don't coincide. If he thought the reason to break fearrp was that we're in public doing a robbery, why did he quote NLR during the situation? He also said himself he was off for an hour in between the two events, so how would NLR apply? Whether I was going to rob him (I wasn't) or not really doesn't effect the scenario at all. I pulled a gun on him, ordered him over to a house, and he just said "NLR NLR." Lol? I understand his account is in good standing, but that doesn't change the fact his character made a dumb decision and he should be responsible for those actions. If he knew we weren't able to run his pockets right there in public (which is what he's alleging) then he clearly read the rules. That would mean he was fully aware of fear rp.
He took all the rewards of robbing people, but wasn't willing to accept any of the repercussions of it. Frankly, I think this is a good lesson on why not to mug. If you rob people, expect some form of consequence.
Also, if you're going to mug people, don't tell them your name? Lol.
