Ban Appeal - Arth - 11-30-2021

Reason for ban: ERP, underaged kid moaning
Length of ban: 30 days, 10 hours
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I'm appealing because I'm sorry I was making noises into the mic, you can't really blame me because I haven't hit puberty. I think that its unjustified that I should be banned for a month because I'm just having fun with my friends and making noises, I admit that I'm irresponsible sometimes, but the month ban just seems biased.
Why should you be unbanned? I'm undoubtedly certain that Draggy only banned me because I have a high voice and sound young. I was making noise into the mic because the cops falsely arrested me and prior to the situation a cop was making sexual remarks and so that is why I was messing with them back. I would gladly accept a ban (obviously not a month,) if I was warned first, before being banned. I'd like to mention that I have dealt with Draggy before, and based on the way he's spoken to me, he clearly does not like me. I now know that I'm not allowed to do what I did, I'm asking if my ban can be reduced or eliminated because honestly this is unfair. Thank you.

Now, throughout the short time you were with us on this server, I had nothing BUT problems from you. You and your friend were always causing problems for players, whether that be RDMing, Metagaming through discord, mic spamming, minging, or cutting clips out to make yourselves look like the victim (which is against the rules by the way). I personally believe that you should remain permanently banned until you grow up, or decide to come back with a RP-Positive attitude.

Hello Flores,
I'm the admin who decided to move your ban to a permaban for ERP. You claim you were just making noises when this video shows you moaning(https://streamable.com/4j0cnp) When I tped over to Duffin(the person who made the ticket) you were moaning or using a soundclip with officers telling you to stop and you continuing to do so. Then you proceeded to blast it at max volume. That when I decided to ban you due to the fact that you were purposely using a child voice or your voice in a sexual manner. I remember a conversation with one of the officers after the fact of you saying that you offer to do some sexual favor after the fact of me banning you. However, with your behavior and attitude displayed by yourself recently , it seems you aren't interested in role play that you are a general minge. So to be blunt, I don't feel you deserve a second chance to come back to the community as you knew better then to sexualize something thst shouldn't be sexualize. I would like this conclude this is by saying that this guy is the opposite of what we want in the community and it would be best to keep him permaed.
Objectively I would like to note that I have a zero tolerance policy with pedo shit.

After reviewing the situation and evidence provided, this at most constitutes micspam and FailRP. Ban will be reduced to 1 day, which due to time served means you'll be unbanned.
