Let's start from the beginning, I had noticed you and your friend George, not talking in-game much, but still managing to drop items for each other, and know where to meet up with each other I then joined the VC you were in that VC being the Alistar Mob VC, on another discord account to see if you and your friend were using it to communicate IC'ly. I listened in for a while, and you guys were in fact using it to communicate IC'ly.

There were quite a few instances where you had used the VC to communicate IC'ly such as, When I had Kash put you under FearRP, to see if you would communicate through discord and tell your friend which you did, as in the VC I heard you say "George George C'mere" Which then your friend George ran to you and started shooting Kash, You also used the VC, when the gunfight was happening with Kash in that House, saying "He is low" "He is in the house" And overall just communicating using Discord VC's. There was a couple few instances of you and George generally communicating IC'ly using that VC, for an example when you were saying through VC that somebody was ringing the doorbell, and to get back to the townhouse.

So after witnessing you and George using a Discord VC to communicate IC'ly, I brought you both to a sit and told you that you will be getting punished for using a Discord VC to communicate IC'ly, You then responded with, "What we are not in a VC, where is your proof?" And straight up lied to me in the sit about  communicating IC'ly through a Discord VC, you have also stated that you weren't in a VC on your appeal which is false also. I wasn't going to give a harsh punishment but once you had lied to staff about being in a VC, I extended the ban.

I will send the videos and proof of you being in the discord VC Communicating to whoever handles this ban appeal, To ensure no meta info get's leaked.

TLDR: You were banned for breaking this rule
"Any 3rd party Voice / VOIP program is considered OOC while in the server. In order for you to communicate with other players you must use in game chat or voice functions, we added radios for this exact reason. Coordinating anything IC in a third party voice program is metagaming and will lead to a ban and/or a void of an RP situation."
You broke this rule by you and your friend George using the Alistar Mob VC, to communicate IC'ly which I witnessed and recorded, You were then brought to a sit and i said you were getting banned for using discord to communicate IC'ly, you then told me you weren't in a VC which was a lie, as I was in the VC myself on a alt discord.
