Why should you be unbanned? I didnt even hurt him, I was banned for telling someone to kill someone. I told this guy to kill a cop, he did, Rommullus then banned me for LONGER than the guy who actually did the RDM. I said in the sit that I told the guy to kill the officer, Rommullus said I lied, he admitted I didnt actually harm the officer and all I did was tell the white shirt to kill a cop. I did not RDM, therefore its a false ban.

In this clip, you clearly say to this guy to shoot the cop, for no reason. In the sit, you told me it was a joke and that you said: "no balls shoot him". Which could be considered as lying to staff, but I looked past it. In the video, you incited a guy to shoot a cop for no reason. I believed you should also be punished as you manipulated someone new to the server into breaking the rules. He received a shorter ban due to his PO. You have been watched a lot tonight and this isn't the first time I catch an issue where it involves a cop being shot/killed for no apparent reason. I believe the ban was justified.
As well, "I said in the sit that I told the guy to kill the officer, Rommullus said I lied". That is not the case. I said you lied on the fact you said "no balls shoot him", which makes it seem like you were just random, which is not the case.
As the General Rules state: "Use common sense, if something seems like it would be wrong, don’t do it."

the dude wasnt new and its not my fault a grown dude decides to kill someone because I told him to, I met him like not even 7 minutes before that situation and he was just doing crazy shit and he was saying he would do whatever we told him so we were like, "bet" and when we found the cop we told him to do it and he actually did it, its not my fault a guy who came on to minge decided to rdm someone which was most likely going to happen anyway, except all I did was tell him, oh this guy.

Assuming your answer is no, why would it be right to have someone do it for you?
Note that the guy that shot did get banned in correlation with his past offences.
Constructing your argument on the fact that you did not shoot the cop would be irrelevant as I already set the fact that you did not shoot the cop, but that does not make you immune to punishment.

Obviously something like this is very situational and would be up to the discretion of the staff member. While it's true if you make an off-hand comment and someone acts on it it generally wouldn't be considered your fault, but trying to hide behind this rule to coerce new users or subordinates to RDM is still frowned upon and can/will be considered minging.
Quoting this rule "For majority of the time common sense applies. Do not try to look for loopholes in the rules."
The clip I am presented here as an unbiased third party shows that this wasn't a random comment but rather orchestrated. Clearly demonstrating that you led the group around looking for a target, planning an RDM.
I do feel that the 2 days is extreme. So I will be reducing this ban as well as changing the ban reason from 'RDM | PO' to "Encouraging Minge Behaviour | NITRP"
I advise not doing this again however.
