Reason for ban: Was false arrested by pd then got told to take my bag off after i called for my lawyer they tried to search me and take my bag off I refused and said that i wasnt doing anything for them until my lawyer came because it was a false arrest the admin then told me to take my shit off or that I was going to be banned and didn't listen to me at all when i tried to explain that all they arrested me for was me open carrying

Why should you be unbanned? the person that banned me told me it would be for an hour then extended it to 1 day whether i was disrespectful or not a staff shouldn't get upset with a player because of what they say and the mod simply doesn't even understand the American judicial system if you were detained by a cop in America and you ask for a lawyer cops can interact with that detainee until the lawyer gets there and talks to the suspect whether i failed RP'd or not these cops did follow flow of rp either and went straight to getting a mod and banning me my lawyer was there aswel and theydidnt even let me talk to them to try and continue the RP

Hello. I issued the ban
You were asked to remove your backpack by the police officer. You refused. You then requested a /roll to remove it. and I agreed to it. you lost the /roll. You then refused to remove the backpack and went AFK
I waited for a few minutes. I gave you a ton of chances to just remove the backpack and continue the roleplay. then report in ICl-y to IA/file a lawsuit. You said you didn't care. I thereafter gave you two choices. Continue RP and handle it ic-ly OR get banned for 1 hour where you could cool down. You then bursted out "Just ban me for the hour. These kids are faggots. Yeah no. you're a faggot (Directed at one of the officers), suck my cock. tip, shaft and balls. make sure your tongue hits the back of my ball sack, faggot. you have no friends in real life." and a few other insults. Which to me showed you had absolutely no intent to follow the rules nor had any remorse.
and to my knowledge. In America. You do not need a lawyer to get processed and searched. Your lawyer was also waiting outside the cells. But that didn't appear to change any of your behavior.
I have a clip of the situation. I'll be more than willing to show it to whomever handles this ban appeal
Chubbs witnessed it in noclip. I'll let him respond with his own observations. I have nothing further to add at this current moment

I watched the clip of the situation that Fish Man described. Your actions clearly showed that you had very little remorse for your actions, insulting RPers on the server and asking him to ban you instead of complying with the roleplay. However, for your first offence, 1 day is excessive. Me reducing this ban does not mean it was invalid, please take some time to reflect on your actions.
