You were actively participating in it. You were also not just "sitting there" you were sitting on a bed. in a room with bars on the windows which you could only see out of. If you want to be unbanned you'll need to bake a Diverge Networks themed cake in real life and take a picture. This includes incorporating the logo, making sure it looks aesthically pleasing and edible. Remake an appeal with an image attatched of the cake when you are ready.
