Reason for ban: RDM Bait, RDM.
Length of ban: Alex: 1 Day Nash: 5 hours
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Me and my buddy went to the legal gun store in front of the city hall to purchase a gun. the store clerk after a 5-10 minute talk denied us service for not having a license after which i pressed the store alarm to annoy him and then tried to run out as shown in the video. there was a civy guard at the front door that was told by the clerk to let us go but he stayed in the doorway until i said "move" twice before punching the guard while saying "get the fuck out the way blondey" and the store clerk decided to follow me out and fire shots at me when my friend August pulled out his gun and shot the store clerk to save me.
Why should you be unbanned? We should be unbanned because this is clearly not an RDM bait, we simply wanted to buy guns and when our service was declined and we were asked to leave we attempted too and we were stopped at the door by the guard. I punched the guard purely to leave just incase the store clerk would try to shoot at me. This is also so clearly not RDM because the store clerk was shooting at us right before we killed him. The mod "Chubbs" is the mod responsible for banning us, its clear he has a bias against us because we are in a IC disagreement which is leading to him to threatening us and he is harassing us everyday claiming he wants to start a war. He is bringing IC relations and OOC relations into his decision making, he even attempted to get us for NLR but had no proof and instead brought up some dumb reason for how we NLR'ed even though we didn't die. He also increased my ban because we were arguing with him, that is inappropriate and I will be sure to make a staff report when I have the time. Chubbs is clearly taking a bias stand point and that kind of staff shouldn't be representing the server.

Gotta list a few things, First of all I did say I will ban you for NLR due to the person who you were harassing said you broke NLR. After rewatching me and the person you were harassing both saw how you did not die , Due to it looking like you did.
Why you got banned for longer than your friend : As a player you should know all staff shall remain unbiased, If I had any bias towards you, its my job to call another staff member onto the scene. Apart from that I cant just extend your ban for arguing, You only got a longer ban due to you having a Po - Past Offense.
RDM Bait : You forgot to show the Second clip uploaded, Where you ran into a store and harrased the employee and the manager then ran outside to seek cover behind your friend that perfectly was hidden behind the door waiting for the store manager to come out. All of this can be shown in this clip. During multiple times in the sit you lied to me and the manager saying "You Never Minged" "We never RDM'ed" "I said for him to get out the way". Lying on a staff appeal will not help you get unbanned.
My "Bias" Towards you : I didn't even know that was Mal O. Staff members don't check other characters during a sit, Unless it is needed. So i had no reason to suspect or believe that you are Mal O. Apart from that I have no harsh relations towards you, We already cleared that up. [ Sorry I just found out Mal Did not write this, Apart from this i still dont know any of yous at all. I have no bias towards you at all.
