Let me start off by giving a brief summary of what I was doing before I was banned, I was gambling and decided to go walk around towards the hospital where I found a man in a suit standing on a dark empty road. I wanted some extra money so I decided that I would attempt to jump him and steal his suit and any other belongings. After I walked back to the gambling commission and started playing again, until micky teleported to me, froze me, and said, "you're getting banned" then proceeded to ban me without even bringing me to a sit to explain my side of the story.
RDM -
While jumping the man I had told him to put his hands up or he would die, he didn't comply so I killed him therefore the kill wasn't random.
ARDM -
Not really sure where this even came from because the only person I had remembered killing in a while was the person I tried to rob but if the admin who banned me has any input on that I'd like to hear it.
NITRP -
I will admit that there wasn't much RP going on as it was late at night and most players were either grinding drugs or AFK. I was simply walking around exploring the map and also gambling but it wasn't like I was ignoring any RP situations it's just none were presented to me.

Currently stated, you have a huge amount of POs with RDM, Minging, LTAPs, etc. You lied to me during the "sit" I brought you after telling I will bring you to a sit, I was watching the whole thing and the logs can state a whole different story aswell. You continued to lie to me during the sit saying you "You was just gambling and you didn't do anything".

In what way did I lie to you during the sit? You came in and froze me in a public area where people were walking in and out and said “you’re getting banned” so obviously my first reaction is gonna be woah i’m just gambling because I was caught off guard and didn’t know why I was being frozen. I am used to admins bringing me to a roof and allowing me to provide my side of the story while the other person is there to also give theirs but that simply didn’t happen in this situation. After explaining myself and the robbery in its whole you had no counter argument. You should have received video evidence from the person I had killed but it seems like you were simply going off of his word and a personal hunch based on past offenses. If any of that is wrong please post the evidence you received because I believe it would clear up the entire situation completely. I would also like to see the logs that you say show a completely different story so I can provide context to those.
