What is your motivation/reason for applying? + [b]Why should you be considered over other candidates? (answered both here tbh): I have seen that players on the server can be a pain in the ass and some staff arent always there to help all the people in trouble. I also really want to achieve the rank of the GM eventually since im very eager to make more interesting events for the people on the server to enjoy. Since i was a DnD GM and other types of event creator i have expierience and imagination to create something very enjoyable. I also speak Spanish, Russian and English (obviously) so i can assist in helping people who might have troubles with staff? Also have ideas of using languages as part of a event, but thats if i get accepted.[/b]
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I was an admin on a Dayz RP server a year or so ago for a few months, admin on Arma 3 RP server, Senior Admin+GM on Arma 2 Epoch for a year and Senior Admin on a Russian Gmod server called Dobrograd/ Доброград for like 2-3 months, which was a pretty serious RP server back in the day, but not anymore.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Violating Character Rules | Transferring items between Characters, i will not defend myself in any way, i did transfer a few items from one character to another twice, once because my new character was a white shirt and I wanted to give him a quick start and another time I think i was transferring weapons in order to have guns on both of my characters. Even tho i did not know about the bans i had due to this i never did it again after that and now knowing that i was banned for it will never do it again, you have my word.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I dont think im well known, but my friends would say that im a killing machine with a heart of gold.

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Clip the evidence and send it to the higher ups or directly to Pendered or Rem
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I will tell them that they are making my life difficult and kick their ass IG ( usually that will be enough), but if they dont chill out, its their fault and i will punish them with all the mighty power that i posess!

+1 for this guy, he's a team player, understands the rules (more now then ever haha) and has a high spirits with an outgoing attitude. He would make a good addition to he team and would help the community.
