Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Got denied twice
Why should you be unbanned? Can I get an explanation to why I keep getting denied? I was told to re appeal in 2 weeks and I waited just to get turned down. I'm not going to beg but changing it from permanent would be a bit nice.

Permanent bans can be reappealed 6 months after initail denial. You need to ask for approval to post one sooner from the Head Admin+.
