Reason for ban: I was ban for RDM/Failrp raid when I was not in the pd only outside it and POx2
Length of ban: One day
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I understand the thing I did was wrong, but I should have been got a warning
Why should you be unbanned? It was only little joke no one get hurt in it. The person I killed through it was funny too I should have just been giving a warning

Hello, I'm the moderator who banned you. In OOC, you said "GUN THAT NIGGA DOWN" in reference to the cadet who was online. Shortly after, you drove up, stopped your car in front of the PD, stepped out, and gunned down the officer with zero roleplay or IC interaction. You had a 2 notes for RDM, one from 7 days ago, another from 11 days ago. You also had a note for FailPD Raid from 11 days ago. Given the fact that you killed an unarmed officer who you didn't interact with on PD property, I felt FailPD Raid was applicable. Given your PO and the fact that you had no intention of roleplaying with the cop, I feel the ban was fair.

with all respect that those notes are about week ago and the same with failPD it early in the morning. I'm trying to let my jokes out before there like 90 players on and the real roleplay happens. I know that I should have not done that but overall the person who I did kill through it was funny it there only like 19 people on. I could understand if you kick me and tell me not to do it again. But this ban and the POx2 is this early in the morning people are just trying to have fun man

I think you miss read me. I feel like you did not get that guy side or even try to see if he was ok with it or not. I did not RDM you I rdm him. So just banning someone by watching OOC and then seeing them RDM and not getting a ticket of that rdm. you don't think that person was only joking around. I can see you are trying really hard to force the rules and I like that but when people are joking and meming with each other why will you slam your feet down and ban the guy who was only fucking around. It does not like I rushed inside the pd and started killing ever cop I see. He knows I was joking and fucking with him becames that guy is my friend but if you feel like that ban was Ok over two friends fucking around Good on you.

I can trust you do to that -3 too. Can't say you are bad doing your job or not. But having that -3 and being stuff does not going hand to hand.
