Reason for PK: Breaking fear rp
Why should you be unPK'd?: I was talking to one of my trusted members of my faction in town square when another player shows up and starts talking to the faction member about doing trades. My faction member then told me to go do it with him because he knew the player i feel tho that the player that was the cop didn't blow his cover on the player that's in my faction because they know each other OOC. i know this for a fact. I was led to trust trading with player because these players had done deals before through OOC means and the cop player meta gamed with another player whether or not i broke guidelines or not the player that was an undercover cop meta games with another player and then got me screwed over with it cause the player in my faction trusted him because there friends OOC
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: none

I am the cop that killed you.
So, first things first. Me and rage didn't meta-game, in fact I didn't know I would come across him whilst I was undercover.
Logs and staff chat in-game can prove he had nothing to do with it, he was surprised when you were pk'd and felt bad.
And even if he did "set you up" there would be no meta-game, everything that was said was in-game voice chat.
Personally, I have not spoken to rage in weeks, DM timestamps can prove that. And you have literally 0 proof or some concrete
argument.
As for validity of the PK, I got you to attempt to sell me drugs in-game, where you agreed and proceeded. Once you dropped them,
I took a photo and pulled out my colt commando and attempted to detain you. During this time, you broke fearrp, and shot at an identified cop.
Not sure why you would think this was meta-game, but it's a horrible assumption and argument.

Through my dms he seems to trust you and even though he feels bad before we even did a deal he said something about dealing with you yesterday are you allowed to be corrupt because even if you are its still meta game that you didnt book him when you dealt with him the day prior this admin is also known for minging, metagaming, approving his own pks, having his friends biasly handle his pk tickets and many other things this is just a list of the more common ones that he does.

And more importantly, how does Romullus take his own pk sit? How does he minge? All of these accusations come with no proof, or a good argument.

I am so confused, I was flying on my staff char when James Mariani wrote in the in game staff chat to take him to a roof for a pk (staff cant make tickets like everyone else). I took him to a roof and teleported you. He screen shared me a clip where you dropped a brick of drug and he showed his police badge and told you to not move while sayin he was a cop. You then back up pull a gun and try to shoot him, you then die.
1. You broke fear rp and died.
2. You initiated a gunfight with a cop and died.
Reading your appeal was hard and idk what you mean by corruption.

Even if I was the most corrup staff ever, that does not change the fact your pk is valid.

I'm not saying that Romullus is the staff that Stretch uses its the admin that handled this one and actually pkd the player in this appeal not Moses https://divergenet.works/forums/showthread.php?tid=2752
but the reason is still why did stretch not book rage when he knows it would be a bigger impact to book him then me unless its because of meta game of stretch knowing rage
In Rp reasoning its meta game because if he tries to argue that he doesn't know rage IC why wouldn't he book rage if he's some random like i was in his eyes, If he tries to say that he does know him IC because he still has to be corrupt to not book someone because he's still wired undercover, he would have to report it or IA would question it. Hes also had his James character for a long time and has defiantly seen rage working shops and shit so why would he not be a bigger hit then me. No matter what the fact that Stretch didnt book someone that he did a deal with before without being corrupt. but he has blocked me in DMs so I don't think is he's allowed to be corrupt

You're claim of me being corrupt as PD makes no sense, rage mention a 'deal he did with me yesterday' which logs prove to be false, I am about to do a huge bust on you, why would I ruin my cover in front of you for something minor and ruin the bigger catch in this situation. Secondly, he said deal, that can mean anything, that does not give me a valid reason to arrest rage. And you're claim of meta-game during this situation, I was in a call with someone that was not even on their rp character and was chilling with them in a call, which is 100% allowed. I have shown my timestamps with rage, and it is clear I have not been in contact with rage for almost a full month, and no, we couldn't have deleted Dm's, as I have message logger.
And let's not forget the actual pk reason. You broke fearrp, and shot at an identified cop, which is a valid PK.
If you truly believe there is fault in this PK, this is your time to show that, instead of bringing up irrelevant accusations without proof.

Your argument is still invalid because how is Rage not a bigger fish then me if you know IC that hes been living in the city for a while like i said when i added to my comment IA would question why you didn't book him for whatever he sold to you he literally said to me that you two did a deal yesterday you would have tried to catch him in something if you were playing your cop like you normally do. But still because you know him you didnt book him and you can act like it but like i said in our DMs we both know you would've dropped my pk if i messaged you like you do with your friends if you accidentally do something like that come on stretch we know you staff abuse and you know ik you staff abuse because we met on Prometheus where you staff abused hard
