So, I was observing the Officers attempting to arrest the man when suddenly two dudes show up.
One talks about shooting the Officers and the other one actually pulls out his shotgun and guns down both Police Officers.
You were banned because you showed up at the scene, pulled your gun and killed the cops for trying to arrest someone, which is not allowed.
No RP was done, no conversation, nothing.
Just shows up, and kills the cops.
The cops never threatened anyone, one simply pulled his gun in an attempt to have the person stop, which they should've since FearRP applies in that situation.
They never showed any intent on shooting the person or harming them, or whatever you want to say.
As I've said before, you just showed up and shot the cops for no apparent reason.

Alright after reviewing the clip it seems you saw a potential reason to kill to Officers while they weren't looking. I'll take the time to break down why this was RDM.
Firstly both people involved here aside from you, the user being arrested and the one who the cop pointed a weapon at, are Unknown to you, they aren't your friend or faction member and have no relation to you whatsoever. So going over the individual rules.

You were not directly related to the situation, you saw it and walked up. This is a random encounter.

The Officer never pointed a weapon at you.

As stated above, you bore no relation to those involved.

Even if you did know the player who had the weapon pointed at him, both of you walked up to a random arrest and began trying to interfere and antagonize the cops into reacting. This would be considered baiting.
