Organisation Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): Introduction The Wellman Crime Family Is a minor Crime Family In New York City consisting of Italian, ,African , Irish ,Russian Mafia, The Wellmans are not seen by the police as a threat because they are not know yet by the NYPD Mayor And Goverment Of the City either by the Citizens of New York City. Controlled rackets by The Wellmans Include Heroin trafficking and illegal gambling, and Legal Firearms Selling License is [b]required. [/b]

1951- 1955: Beginnings
Andrew Wellman immigrated from Italy, to Brooklyn, New York in 1951 at the age of 17. Not knowing where to find good employment, Wellman resorted to Building a Fancy Dry Cleaners. For the next 4 years Wellman would join and take part in the Illegal activities as Drug Trafficking and Selling Dynamite and Explosive. Wellman Soon would become connected with other individuals and he Formed his own family consisting of Italin, Italian-American, Irish. and African Americans. in 1952 He got into Vehicle Jackings and Hits, Wellman would usually spend most of his days Robbing Killing High Jacking and Drug Trafficking.1953-1954: Partnership
In 1953 Wellman's crew would be contacted by the Rizzuto Crime Family, offering association with his crew and the organisation due to lack of individuals in his family he accepted the Offer and now in 1954 The Bond between the Two Crime Familys have died down because the Rizzuto Crime Family Boss was Faitaly Blow up in his car By a Unkown Suspect While in Staten Island Doing Unkown Business, They had though it was someone with a handheld transceiver that had been rigged it with explosive, His Funeral was held Brooklyn he had died at the age of 68 Years old.

You're not a good rp'er at all, your attitude does not fit the requirements to be a faction leader.
Compared to other applications, this one does not beat them, at all.
Also, you moan and make fat noises in staff sits, cringe.

Not a good rper, goes around moaning, doing shitty voices, breathing heavily on his mic, and just overall doesn't seem to care about any rp. Plus the backstory just seems like every other Italian faction. And as Stretch said compared to the other faction app this doesn't compare at. If you put in more effort and showed that you can do actual rp this could be a good faction but in its current state this just wouldn't be a good faction.
