Reason for ban: shooting a cop trying to pull me and one of my bosses over

Reason for appeal (dispute): I'm trying to dispute this because I feel as though the cop was trying to pull us over for invalid reasons, he was in the middle of the road pulling someone else over he gets rammed by us we apologize, and he continues to try to pull us over and get us to stop
Why should you be unbanned? Right after this the cop asked in ooc what were reasonings to shoot cops when moses replied that only when in danger of felonious crimes. I had a brick of coke and a colt commando on me if the cop tried to pull us over and detain us i would be going to join on 2 felonies that is more than enough reason to shoot the cop to get out of the situation i was also banned while afk on server so i wasnt able to defend myself in game

13. You may attack Officers if they attempt to Arrest/Detain you or a member of your group. Knowing that an arrest or detainment would lead to a FELONY charge (Having illegal guns/drugs/etc.) You are PK active after shooting/killing an officer.
You came speeding down the road, and rammed into the officer's car. He stopped you from fleeing, and had asked you to turn off the engine. While you might have had illegal items on you, he had not yet conducted any form of search, or arrest. He had not stated you were being detained, nor arrested. You got out, and opened fire on him after ramming into his vehicle. There was no role-play in this, and you hadn't even tried to get out with just a ticket for the reckless driving.

i wasnt the one driving if i had gotten out of the car and tried to run he wouldve shot me the cop and even then it still invalidates that the cop was parked in the middle of the road i couldve sued him for doing that but to save time and to not argue anymore i shot him cause i had drugs and a gun with no license
