What is your motivation/reason for applying?: i currently play on the server as my main server if i were to staff on this server i think i could contribute to the team and help settle disputes between players
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: Even tho im younger i feel as tho i am mature enough to handle these situation and i understand at the start its only gonna be small situations where its just rdm or something like that but i still think i have the skills to descalate situations and keep people calm in sits
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): i have been staff on two other servers all of them were police RP's and i was very good and active on all three
The first server was called Saphire networks on it i was a Junior admin and i was the staff member that dealt with the most sits on the server and i ended up having to ban my best friend from the server because he was being very mingey and i was on that server for around 5 months
the second server was Proton networks and i was staff on there for around 2 months and i was a modarator on there for the most of it.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: no
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: i would consider myself well know because of my PD char that is an Liutenant in IA and i am know in Sanzensekai

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: if i am on my IC char i would wait and se if the make a ticket and if i'm not doing anything on that char then i will deal with it and if i am dealing with something on my char i will be fast and try to deal with the sit ASAP
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: i would collect clips over time and make a support ticket and a staff report and give all thr vids
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: i would get someone else deal with it because it would be my friend and if the sit goes my friesnd sway then i would be called bias and that is not something i want

Yet again you have failed to meet the clearly stated minimum requirements for the application. I think you should reconsider applying for a while until you find the motivation and skill to produce a well-written application, which is something that any prospective moderator should be able to do.
