Organization backstory:
The Genovese crime family would be one of the Five Families that control all the organized crime activities in New York City, They are based on a Mafia, also called cosa nostra. The Genovese crime family has also been nicknamed the Ivy League and Rolls Royce of organized crime. They are rivaled in size (associates etc) by only the Gambino crime family and in terms of power also the Gambino crime family and they have a matching Chicago Outfit. They have generally maintained a a large degree of influence over many of the smaller mob families outside of New York, including some like Patriarca, the Buffalo and the Philadelphia crime families. The Genovese family made the members of the Philadelphia crime family into murdering their Boss Angelo Bruno so that they could gain control of their territory in Atlantic City. Although the leadership of the family seems to have been in critical the last few years, specifically since the death of BossVincent Gigante, the family stills appears to be more organized than most of the other crime families and has remained powerful. They made their money from selling liquor illegally by not paying the taxes for it. Giuseppe Morello founded the family on the second of may 1870 in corleone italy. It was called the morello crime family but after was renamed to the genovese crime family, it was renamed by their boss vito genovese. In the 1930s - 1950s he was one of the most powerful crime syndicates and even in prison 1959-1969, was he able to use that power. On valentines day 1969 he died in a prison hospital from a heart attack.

The sad truth is that at the moment no new Italian crime families are needed mainly due to all four families already being fully established. For new Italian families it would be extremely hard to get new recruits when competing with more respected and wealthy families and because of this they end up fizzling out after a couple days/weeks. For a brand new Italian faction to work it would need a lot more than 10 or 20 members in the discord to survive the early stages. This has been seen numerous times with people like the Maggadinos, Montanas and even the Lupranos had a hard time building up with larger factions taking new recruits.

Due to your response of how much time on the server. I can tell this would be poorly lead throughout time due to the fact you were most likely in the “Gambino Crime Family” as a low ranking member and wouldn’t have any high ranking experience with a crime family.
^ Not saying you wouldn’t learn overtime but I’m saying new factions need smart and experienced leaders to assist them in their beginner stages
