Artie Emm Ban Appeal - Whiplash - 02-21-2022

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): The whole PD was messing around there had been a situation with Webber just beforehand so the PD was all fucking around we were down in the armory messing around and then we aimed our guns at Tyler Ross and said we were arresting him it was clearly a joke as no one gave a straight reason he didn't say a thing and we started escorting him to the cells and joked about jailing him. We told the probie not to actually jail him and he still did it he then arrested Irn Bru and jailed him we constantly told him not to we then went to the cell and made sure the probie didn't take their stuff I was then cuffed by the probie but one of the other officers released me. I believe we even told them to call an admin to be released. It was a joke that was carrying on from beforehand that the clip coincidentally ignores if you watch the clip you can tell none of us were being serious and the probie took it a bit too far by actually jailing them. If Tyler had of said something telling us to stop then we would have done so but he didn't so we just thought he was going along with it as we had been messing with him before hand. I'm sorry it was taken this way but none of us intended for it to go this far we just assumed that he took it as a joke. I apologize for my actions and I am sorry that it went so far and that Tyler Ross took it the way he did.
Why should you be unbanned? We tried to rectify what the probie did The situation was a joke and would have been stopped if told to, The clip doesn't show the whole situation and has taken the situation out

I will just re post my response on the other ban appeal as its the same situation.
I was the judge who was involved in this situation. The Probie was the only one in my personal opinion who was minging and abused his position, as he arrested me on my judge char, and sentenced me without a trial also. I directly witnessed the whole situation and it was clear that Artie was only joking however, the Probie took it too far. Artie never cuffed, dragged or sentenced Tyle Ross, and also never told the probie to arrest me either. Artie got banned and OOC blacklisted which in my opinion, is a bit extreem for a recently retired staff member who has one war.

Reason why I gave whiplash punishment was because he gave the FBI agent credibility and helped during the arrest. Was also minging. I don't deny the probationary was not minging, and he acknowledged that, but it does not give an excuse for these other 2's actions.

I didn't give the "FBI agent" credibility and there was 4 of us helping with the joke everyone was aware it was a joke the clip has given a distorted view on the events and has taken the joke out of it. the events that happened after the clip included us telling the probie to not actually jail Tyler and and the probie arresting me and jailing a judge along with us stopping the probie from messing with their inventories. We weren't acting in a malicious manor and apologize that it came across that way.

Also may I mention F.B.I isn't a thing and if it was it wouldn't be just some random white shirt almost everyone knew it was a joke and everyone told the probie not to actually jail them.

If the probie was taking it too far, then why didn't you arrest him? That doesn't make any sense to say it was a joke so you didn't do anything, but he was taking it too far and you still did nothing? Also you were arrested by the Senior Officer who also had a play apparently.
