Overall an amazing person, I genially think this guy can bring tons of rp to the table,
he was a good consig on lucchese's, and overall will do great.
The backstory is also very good, and looks like a lot of effort was put forward.

Cat is a long time member of the server and has good standing amongst the community, I think it was about time he took the reins of his own faction. The crime family, although Sicilian/Italian, does have a unique in-depth in-game storyline behind it which seems to have been developed and refined over a long time (family tree set aside) -- this isn't something you often see when a new Italian-related faction application is posted. I think it would be a good starting faction for the Miami when it releases.
I don't often give out +1s for faction applications so well done.

Always important to have italian factions in mafia rp, and with a solid app from a longtime player this is the best Italian faction set for Miami in my eyes.
