Why should you be unPK'd?: I was never officially inducted as a member (associate only), I wasn't in town during the Cartel war, and I was never killed either.

Due to the conditions of the Lucchese loss they are no longer allowed in New York (for now iirc). You can use the character on the Miami server when it releases.

You aren't PK'd, you are just unable to access the character due to Lucchese's being disallowed in New York as per the terms of their surrender.

I understand the idea of the Lucchese's having to lay low, but if I wasn't even a member I would have nothing to worry about right?
