Reason for PK: Apparently messing with someones Racket, after made a Search/Seizure of a building as we found 5 weed plants in the building, Thers no thing says "if u mess with someones rackets its a PK."
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

I never was Corrupt, So theres no Valid PK reason. All i did was enforce a warrant Signed by a Judge. So there is 0 Eeason to PK me.

Hello, as I was the Administrator in-charge of the PK I will be stating my point of view on the situation.
Esteban Perez requested a PK on yourself for Seizure of their Building, Raiding them, Endangering their faction (In RP). Upon the reasoning behind Perez, he stated that as his whole faction had now been put into a situation where their lives are "in risk" and the possibility of them all being charged was at a high rate he wanted to risk his own life to execute you. Myself & BillyMays both approved and looked for each other as second opinions.
Furthermore, After the PK had occurred I was confronted by another NYPD Officer who just wanted to ask some questions regarding the whole situation, He gave me the Search Warrant document (which is posted above in the thread post) which states that the warrant was issued of the 28th, which lines up with the situation I was put in where I had an OOC admin sit in progress with the Chicanos, during this multiple police showed up to their secret hideout and abused the OOC situation to search the building which lead to them discovering the weed plants.
I further voided the situation as it was unfair and unjust, after telling the Police Officers to leave the area and wait for the Admin Sit to finish they did so.
Furthermore, After the sit had been dealt with I told the Chicanos that the Police Raiding would still happen, instantly I told the Police Officers that they were free to go start the roleplay, Upon them surrounding the building and setting up two of the four Chicanos online at the time, Took the pots, left the area and fled without being caught.
My conclusion to this, The evidence of the Weed Plants being discovered is voided as this information was uncovered by abusing an OOC/Admin Sit (This was told to Police Officers at the scene), as Roleplay still continued despite me stating otherwise this unfolded; A Warrant being posted, the PK of your character & the shooter.
Quite frankly, I see two solutions;
1) Both characters get uncharbanned + the warrant is voided completely meaning that all RP since the "abuse" of the Admin Sit occurred on the 28th.
2) Both characters stay charbanned + roleplay around the situation continues to run.

Actually it wast aftert he next day we raided it, it wasnt after your admin sit i can prove you that by showing my recordings, i wanst in the back so i dunno what was there i got in and saw you the admin sit, then after aka the next day i got to the judge and he signed the warrant, Also there was 3 raids on total, first one was voided, second was voided and the 3rd was after observating the faction and saw that theres criminal activity going on there. and that was the reason for the raid. So theres ß Reason for my char to get banned.

If we look at Rule 5 of the Government/Police Rules, we can see you can not be PKed unless you are corrupt. Sizing a Property with a Warrant is 100% legal. I mean if this wasn't the case, every cop doing their job would be on PK terms. This was legal. He didn't do anything and not only should he not be PKed, the situation should continue. The NYPD unless proven wrong did not illegally search the property and seize it for the state of NY.

The raid was completely valid, there is no reason we as law enforcement officers should be subject to pk for doing our jobs, he shouldn't have been pkd but the murderer's pk should remain as he opened fire on cole, myself and price who are all leos

You cannot just openly commit crimes on that police character. If you want to be a criminal, make a criminal character. So you are basically saying if we get a warrant for someone i can get PKd? Aight imma get on the server now and PK every Detective or Cop that made a warrant on someone? Also im pretty sure that that rule that you stated is for Criminal factions and not for LEOs, Since u can go ahead and PK the whole PD who were apart of enforcing the warrant or making a warrant on someone and then theres no Officer left?
