add a respawn timer of like 100-200 seconds to help prevent NLR and also it makes police rp more fun by allowing an actual crime scene.

That's not going to do anything for PD RP, it's going to reduce the amount of people who want to RP.

The only circumstance we'd do this is if we had an active EMT and system to facilitate this. Similar to Arma and FiveM. But for now, I'm afraid not.
