Long Answers

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  I've been playing on diverge for quite some time now and the number of minges and rule breakers that inflex throughout the server makes the rp unenjoyable at times and I dislike when people come in and ruin the fun. My goal as a staff member would be to make the rp as enjoyable as possible because I personally know how annoying it can be to invest lots of time and dedication to something for it to be wiped away by someone that lacks regards for the rules. I personally want to assist in preventing these things from happening.



Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have a good rep in the community for the most part. I have been in several positions of management not just within rp on this server but other servers as well, I owned my own mafia rp server at one point. I've also held staff roles in other servers such as icefuse networks I was a Head Admin for military RP within my time as a staff member I developed leadership and management skills which are key qualities to being an effective staff member. Overall i'm competent and patient I also keep a non biased mindset as I heavily dislike biased staff.


Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I was a Head Admin for icefuse military RP back in 2019 I held the position for over 6 months before leaving do to IRL issues. I also owned my own mafia RP server for a few months although we didnt make it past development there was still a small player base for testing purposes and a full staff team which I mainly managed on my own.  


Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes, I was banned for advertising and rdm I believe. Although these are pretty serious violations these happened over a year ago and I have matured heavily since. 


Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I wouldn't say i'm known server wide but I have certainly made a name for myself. I would say my reputation is pretty good and I believe that other members think highly of me as both of my chars hold a lot of responsibility and I interact with a lot of people. All around i'm most known on my vic char and I can say with certainty I am well respected and looked upon as someone people can trust and carry out genuine rp with.

Problem Solving

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would make a ticket but if there weren't any other staff on I would bring them to a sit and punish them accordingly.


You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather video and audio proof and pass it on to a higher up. I would also take the time to personally compensate those affected as I would be upset if I took a loss as a player to a corrupt staff member.


A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would punish them accordingly and I would talk to them on a personal level and let them know that they are being idiotic and if they want to end a friendship over that then so be it.
