Reason for PK: "dons Orders" thats all i was told
Why should you be unPK'd?: Well i had resigned on my cop char a couple of days ago and because i had money on it i decided to go do some criminal rp. I went to the Columbo's as i had been in there before and thought that i'd not have any bad blood with them as they were one of the factions I didn't touch or do anything bad to when i was, the reason being that i was in the Colombo's still when i joined originally and didn't want anything dropped due to meta game claims as i was a member of it. so i go up to "black hand" explain that i want to join and that it is my ex cop char as i was a retired soldato he game me soldato back, I didn't expect this but it was more than happy with it most of the people i was talking to knew that i was a cop on this char and didn't care "black hand" just told me to get a name change to an Italian name so i did, i got it changed from Nickolas Wilson to Giacomo Marino. Everything seemed fine i got put in a crew and was talking to the guy that ran it seeing if he wanted anything from me then "scar" comes along and puts me down to associate, i was a bit annoyed at first tryna get put up a bit and it was clear from talking to him that he had something against me, so i just stopped and just started to do some work. i get pulled into a channel with basically the whole of the Colombo HC they don't say why or really talk to me so i just carry on what i was doing, i tab out while in my car then as soon as i tab it i get gunned down but some guy. I instantly assumed it was scar as he is the only person that i know of in Colombo's that has something against me so i messaged him and ask if it was him and he sent me a pic of my name change which i was told to get by "black hand" and said that i had evidence on him in the form of a picture of him coming out of townhouse 2. i remember this picture it was taken by a random officer in the pd and is still in evidence chat, you can see it wasn't me that posted it or took it, and like i said i did what ever i could to not do anything against the Colombo's as i was a member of them and didn't want meta game claims fucking up cases. So to me this PK seems unjust as there is no valid reason for this PK, as according to the guidelines "To kill a gang member requires a sanction from a Caporegime or above, A valid reason and then an Admin to approve it." i was not made as i was just an associate when they PKed me so it would be under misc gang member
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:
The picture that scar said was the reason he got the pk on me i believe is in one of the detective channels that i cannot see as i cant find it. i do have a video of the actual PK on me but it doesnt show too much as i was tabbed out then as soon as i tab it a guy pulls a gun and shoots me.
Adding to this - scars Colombo char is pked, so if i did have evidence on it it wouldn't matter also scar is trying to say that i was pked as i was a cop, like i said they all knew i was when i joined i had my medals and and everything you cant just be fine with me joining knowing i was a cop then pk me for once being a cop, that just sounds like baiting me into a pk.

Just to add to the "edit" Only Black Hand and a few associates knew you was joining as a cop and Black hand didn't inform any HC about you and as a "Crime Family" I don't think a recent Ex Cop joining a faction is a smart idea at all, especially where there are stories saying you're a ex-rat and you're overall you're still using your cop char which was just renamed.
I did not order this hit or even take part, I was just the person to break the news.

but like i said they knew i was a cop you cant just let me in knowing this then pk me for being an ex cop while in the faction, also i dont see how just being a cop makes me a known rat, i havent ratted on anyone on my old criminal chars at all

Hello James, I am the administrator who issued the PK on your character Giacomo Marino.
The don ordered your PK as several high ranking members felt uneasy with you being a ex-cop as they weren't 100% sure whether or not you were an undercover informant for the police, It is quite a confusing situation and seems as if it was a case of miscommunication between "Black Hand" and the other members of the Colombo HC, from my knowledge "Black Hand" did not tell any of the Colombo HC that you were an Ex-Cop and the other members found out on there own.
