-1 spelling is horrible its like you translated it from Taiwanese, short backstory I've seen a lot of heart put into some of the backstories on this forum some of them could have books written from them 117 words not even the minimum

Well to begin, I'd like to say I do not -1 you to batter your demeanor, so let's have that clear.
1. Not much playtime and your current playtime hasn't played any part in any criminal organization.
2. Wouldn't have good leadership, this also goes with #1 but due to you not being a part of a criminal organization. You also haven't had the chance to be in high command within a criminal organization.
