Tyler Ross Ban Appeal - Fitz - 03-03-2022 Your Name: Corporal Tyler Ross Your SteamID (Click to retrieve): STEAM_0:1:563252564 Reason for ban: RDM on cop char | PO x2   Length of ban: 1 day Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): The admin in question is biased against me, he has been getting into verbal confrontations with me on a daily basis.  He used a video clip I posted of a situation that occurred on the 18th of February which shows me trying to organize patrols and a white shirt who was actually a discharged officer who got discharged like 10-20 minutes earlier, he took a plea deal but however still had the police uniform on which we then uncuffed him and told him if he pulls anything he would get shot. He proceeded to pull a gun out in the cells and was shot down and a PK ticket was made but only 1 staff member was online and nobody was taking tickets so he came back breaking NLR and constantly causing disturbances to a serious role play scenario. Keep in mind the person in question didn't call an admin for the situation and was indeed being a minge and had no intent to roleplay but to harass me for discharging him from the PD.    Why should you be unbanned?  The staff member in question went out of his way to ban for a video I posted in the NYPD discord weeks ago.  I was never reported for the situation and staff member without any context of the situation banned me nor there was any admin sit which is completely one-siding a situation, and is blatant abuse of power on his part. I saw a video in the PD discord that occurred not to long ago of you killing a player for disrespect on your cop char. I checked your notes and bans to see you had not been punished for this incident, so I issued you an appropriate punishment. You just straight up killed the guy when you could of used your baton or arrested him but, you chose to kill him for disrespect. You have been posting this video and have even went as far as to put it as your discord banner to brag about it. This shows total disregard for the rules. You also have two po's for RDM hence why I issued you a two day ban. RE: Tyler Ross Ban Appeal - ayo - 03-03-2022 This happened to me before, staff don't really need to ban you directly on the scene. I posted a video a while back and received a ban for it because it displayed me breaking server rules on a non-government character. Your situation is basically the same so it should be seen as such. RDM is RDM and server rules are server rules. Ban should stick, like mine did. It is clear that player targeting is a factor in this punishment given. Not to mention that there are other videos of same situations like this but nobody takes action on them. He breaks NLR in the video that I posted, which then he goes to talk about his past life and causes disturbances to role play which the clip doesn't show which was around for at least 5-6 minutes straight of him annoying everyone. Not to mention the "RDM" was witnessed by a Senior Admin Moses, however didn't take action because he was minging on PD hours before this incident and continued to OOC'ly harass everyone once he was discharged. Moses was the only staff member on and said he wasn't taking tickets, but he saw exactly what happened but never saw any reason to punish anyone IC'ly or OOC'ly. PD Command including the Commissioner Vaykos was aware of this situation, and they saw that he was NITRP'ing the entire time and I am pretty sure they even considered a blacklist for the person in question.   I haven't been banned ever, and I haven't been warned for a long time. If you thought he was breaking rules you should have asked staff to fix it instead of taking the punishment into your own hands. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied.
