Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I never touched a cent from my other char he was gambling then got off and I was on a different char with like 10k gambling at the casino and then even though he was already gone from the server I was banned
Why should you be unbanned? Because I simply did not do it and HE NEVER gave me a cent.

You were banned due to you going on one character 'Jacky Nickelson' and withdrawing money. And giving it to someone else.
Following up with that. You switched characters, and went to the same place as him. Which would be the gambling ring at the warehouse.
And had him gamble for you, where you participated. (Whilst him using the money from your other character) iirc he said "All on James" or something along those lines,
referring to you. And when ever the bet would be in your favour, the money would be given to you instead of your friend.
Also, you admitted to it, saying "I was gambling with money from my other character"
I wouldn't have banned your friend, however. He was most definitely aware of it.

Funny thing is that we lost the one bet that we put down and you can ask the people that worked there and we were not saying "All on James" we said all in on Jerimah which was one of the fighters that lost and when did I say that?
Also why was it a 24 hours ban it was only my first offence...

Sir I said I was gambling with money from my other char referring to my black char with the money from my black char I just gave him the money sir I never got a cent

The evidence seems compelling, however while looking through your logs to try and figure out what happened I'v noticed instances of you transferring guns and restraints between characters using storage crates (which is also against out rules).
Namely a Colt Anaconda from 'Jacky Nickelson' to 'Kevin Adams' among other things.
For the reasons Stretch provided and the further transfers I discovered while checking your logs I find this ban to be justified.
