This is almost always a necessary right when playing as a community contributor to any server, as roleplay within Garry's Mod can often be misunderstood and misinterpreted as it was here. In the banning argument, 'AVDM' 'NITRP', 'Fail RP' were both listed I contest these factors as it is impossible to determine what my roleplay intentions were without having first been given a sit to explain what I was doing, and now must do so underneath from the ban appeal page on the server forums. My character entered a road rage altercation with a young English boy on the Diverge Networks Roleplay server that resulted almost immediately with an instant server restriction being placed on the steam ID associated with my Steam account. In this statement, I protest that the young English boys driving standards were absolutely appalling in each moment I had seen him. This player had caused a handful of major road accidents prior to the recorded footage being posted below, and this may have had a effect in the attitude and road position I had taken with my vehicle. The driver recorded was responsible for causing damage to my individual property and was disrupting my ability to operate as a Taxi Driver which it is well known is one of the lowest paying and least rewarding activities in the city, as one is solely relying on the generosity of others. Contrary to what the ban reason has stated. Throughout my playtime on Diverge Networks, I have had every reason and intention to roleplay and contribute to the roleplay of others and will continue to do so when the suspension on my account has either been revoked or elapsed.
