Reason for PK: Don's Orders
Why should you be unPK'd?: At the beginning of the situation a player wanted to retire prior to the news of him retiring I was given $2 mil to use to make interest and help me make some money. A week or two passed then said player said he wanted to retire, Don then demanded everything he has then later said person was assassinated (PKd himself). Then the street boss called me shortly after and asked me if I heard what happened I said yes. The street boss then accused me of having the money, at which no point should he have known I had at the time, before said person retired I was instructed to give the money to a man that was to approach me. I was given these instructions 4 days ago it was to help this person out as a favor once I made enough interest off that money and no longer needed it. At no point IC did anyone know I had this money nor was anyone around to witness me giving a person the money. While in the call with the street boss I gave the money to someone I trusted (in the heat of the moment) because the person that I was instructed to give it to was abroad and the Street Boss said (verbatim) "Did you just give someone the money while we were in the call". I responded with no due to the reason being no one was around during the time of the money being passed. Then seconds later he said something along the lines "you better hope that money turns up again" then hung up.
- IC nobody knew that I was in possession of this money
- The only way they could have known was through metagaming (Sir Bodges {Underboss} looking through logs or spectating)
I shouldn't be PKd due to the fact that I was following orders and no one could have known anything about any money that was in my possession at the time
The PK only came to be through the source of METAGAMED information which is a violation of the rules.
